Access to under-asphalt services has never been easier. Our asphalt cutting system called Handicut^TM is simply a cutting wheel that is attached to the likes of an excavator's hydraulic arm, which is then pushed into asphalt and as the vehicle is in motion the cutting wheel rotates and produces a continuous cut into the asphalt. Mounting time is one to two minutes with no special tooling required and can be single or double mounted.
